JG Summit CFO & CRO Visits Chongqing: Jointly Unveiling a New Chapter for Robinsons Galleria

On September 3, 2025, Mr. Brian M. Go，Chief Finance and Risk Officer - JG Summit and Mr. Kenneth Chan（China BUGM）, paid a visit to Chongqing for inspection and guidance. Mr. Dave Law（CQ City GM）and his colleagues accompanied the delegation throughout the visit. They conducted in-depth exchanges focusing on project operation, sales performance and future planning, which demonstrates the Group's strategic emphasis on the Southwest China market.  

At the beginning of the inspection, Mr. Dave Law gave a brief introduction to the overall overview of Robinsons Galleria, the business operations of tenants, and the subsequent adjustment and optimization plan. In addition, he focused on introducing the market performance of two residential projects (Robinsons Gateway Residences and The Enclave). Among them, The Gateway Residences has leveraged multiple advantages such as its prime location in Chongqing, zero distance to the light rail, and scarce existing housing in Yuzhong District. Eventually, it topped the sales ranking in Yuzhong District (January-August 2025).

Subsequently, accompanied by Mr. Dave Law, the group's leadership team conducted an on-site inspection of the operation of the shopping mall's key anchor stores and carried out in-depth field research within the mall. They proposed to further strengthen the supporting coordination of "experiential business formats + convenient services” and put forward the group's suggestions and expectations regarding enhancing the mall's circulation design and improving the level of refined management.

This inspection covered the development and upgrading of Land 1# and Land 2# around Robinsons Galleria. Mr. Dave Law elaborated on the status of the two plots, the necessity of upgrading and transformation, as well as the vision for future planning. After listening to the plot planning proposal, Mr. Brian M. Go clearly stated that the proposal not only aligns with company strategy of deeply rooting in the city's core areas but also responds to the Yuzhong District Government's planning support for commercial upgrading, which will significantly enhance the project's brand influence.

As a key commercial IP of JG Summit in Southwest China, this inspection not only reflects the group's high attention to Chongqing Robinsons Galleria but also demonstrates the group's firm confidence in the development of the Southwest China regional market. Taking this inspection as an opportunity, Chongqing Robinsons Galleria will inject new vitality into the regional economic development.

In the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Brian M. Go and his delegation visited The Enclave project located in Central Park of Liangjiang New Area. Mr. Brian M. Go expressed high recognition for the project's planning and design, project quality, landscape architecture, and property operation services. He also fully affirmed the project's development model of "precision positioning + quality delivery". In terms of the project's market performance and reputation, he recognized the professional capabilities and hard work of the marketing team.
