BU GM Mr. Kenneth Chan met the General Secretory of Chengdu JinNiu district Communist Party Committee Mr. Zhou Deqiang on Mar 5, 2024. Mr. Kenneth appreciated the support & help given by JinNiu Govt, So Chengdu Ding Feng Lakeshore Place project PH2 has obtained Construction Land Use Planning Permit and Construction Planning Permit successfully, which has laid good foundation for the soonest commencement of construction work.
Meanwhile, JinNiu Govt. Party Secretory Mr. Zhou Deqiang conveyed the expectation of JinNiu Govt, which is to hope Ding Deng to increase the investment in JinNiu district. He said that the business environment of JinNiu is very good, and JinNiu Yr2023 GDP growth ranked the 1st and GDP ranked the 2nd in Chengdu main district area. JinNiu Govt also promised to try the best to provide good service for Ding Feng Land current project and afterwards investment project.
